Aloo Paratha

Ingredients:

3 cup wheat flour
1 cup potatoes (boiled)
2 tsp fresh coriander leaves
1 onion
4 to 5 green chilies (finely chopped)
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp carom seed
½ tsp red chili powder
1 tsp cumin seeds
Oil, ghee or butter

Directions:

Heats the pan with oil add cumin seeds, onions chopped, carom seed, ginger garlic paste, green chilies, garam masala, add mashed potatoes, fry well add salt to taste. Add red chili powder and mix well. In a bowl add 3 cup of wheat flour, and instead of water add 1 cup prepared curry and coriander leaves. Add salt. Don’t add water. Make it into soft dough. Divide into 10 portions. Roll out each portion of the dough into a small chapatti, prepare like parathas (roti). On a hot griddle, roast both sides of the paratha, till they turn a shade of golden and add ghee both sides. Serve hot with curd chutney. Grease with ghee, oil or butter.
