Vegetable Mixed Pagoda

Ingredients:

1 cup cabbage
1 cup capsicum
1 cup cauliflower
1 cup carrot
1 cup onions
3 green chilies
½ cup coriander leaves
4 tsp ginger garlic paste
½ tsp garam masala powder
2 cup corn flour
1 cup refined flour
¼ cup rice flour
¼ tsp Eating soda
Salt to taste
4 cups oil (for deep fry)

Directions:


Cut all the vegetables into small pieces, add green chilies, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, garam masala powder, and add salt. In a bowl add corn flour, rice flour, and refined flour, add 4 tsp water, add soda and salt and make into a thick paste. Add all the vegetables and mix into a dough. Heats the pan add oil and deep fry. Remove and drain on a grease absorbent paper. Serve hot with any suitable chutney.
