Paneer pagoda

Ingredients:

250 Gms Paneer
1 cup Besan Flour
Salt to taste
½ tsp Red chili powder
3 Green Chilies
½ cup Water
Oil for fry


Direction:

In a bowl add Besan flour, red chili powder, salt and little water to make thick paste. Let batter rest ½ hour in a warm place. Cut the paneer into thick cubes. Sprinkle little salt, chili powder on the cubes Deep fry in oil . Drain on paper towels and serve immediately. Serve the paneer pakora with coriander chutney or tomato sauce.
