Cauliflower biryani

Ingredients:

3 cups Basmati Rice (boiled)
1 cup Cauliflower pieces
3 Potatoes chopped
1 cinnamon stick
4 cloves
2 cardamoms
4 tsp ginger garlic paste
4 Green Chillies
Turmeric powder
¼ cup Onions
¼ cup Tomatoes
¼ cup coriander leaves
5 tsp ghee

Directions:

Heats the pan with ghee, add cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, bay leaf, ginger garlic paste, green chilies, fry them for 2 minutes. Add cauliflower pieces, potatoes, onions, tomatoes fry them for 5 minutes. Now add salt and turmeric powder. Finally add the boiled rice and mix well. At last add ghee and coriander leaves. And serve hot.
