4 potatoes (boil and paste it)

1 tsp garam masala
3 tsp dalda
4 tsp water (not compulsory)
2 cup oil
Direction:
In a bowl add refined flour, potato paste, salt, onions (cut into small pieces), cumin seeds, garam masala, coriander leaves, and dalda. Knead into dough with requiring water and divide into 10 portions. Roll out each like puree size. Deep fry them till crisp and brown. Drain and place on a grease absorbent paper. serve hot with potato curry.
