Mushrooms pagoda

Ingredients:

2 cup mushrooms (boil and paste with 6 green chilies)
½ cup Gram flour
1 cup rice flour
6 green chilies
2 tsp Ajwain powder (fry Ajwain and mash it)
½ tsp eating soda
½ tsp chili powder
¼ tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste
Oil for deep fry

Direction:

In a bowl, add mushrooms boiled paste, gram flour, and rice flour. Mix well. In the paste add Ajwain powder, soda, salt, chilli powder, turmeric paste, ginger garlic paste. Add 3 tbsp of water. Mix into a dough. Heat the pan with oil. And deep fry the pagodas. Remove and drain on a grease absorbent paper. Serve hot with any suitable chutney.
