Cauliflower pickle

Ingredients:

3 cup cauliflower pieces
½ tsp fenugreek seeds powder
2 dry red chillies
2 tsp mustard powder
9 garlic flakes, chopped
¼ tsp asafetida
2 tsp citric acid
½ tsp mustard seeds
150 ml oil
1 tsp chilli powder
¼ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp cumin seeds

Direction:

Wash the cauliflowers and dries it. Deep fry the flowers in oil, and keep aside. Add mustard powder, and masala powder (fry mustard, cumin, and fenugreek seeds grind it). Heat the pan with 15 tsp oil. Add mustard seeds, garlic flakes chopped, red chili, asafetida, chili powder, turmeric, and add salt. Fry well, and off the stove. Add fried flowers, and citric acid. These pickles will stocks up to one week.
