Dal with drum stick leaves curry

Ingredients:

2 cups Drumstick leaves
½ cup spinach chopped
1 cup lentil (masoor dal)
1 tsp green gram (yellow moong dal)
1 onion chopped
1 tomato chopped
2 green chilies
1 tsp ginger grated
1 tsp garlic crushed
2 red chilies
Curry leaves
1 tsp dhania (coriander seed powder)
¼ tsp turmeric powder
¼ tsp garam masala powder
½ tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp mustard seeds
¼ tsp asafetida powder
Salt to taste
1 cup water

2 tsp oil

Direction:

In pressure cooker boil, moong dal and masur dal with adding turmeric powder, green chilies, and tomato. Heats the pan with oil and add cumin seeds, onions, salt, drum stick and spinach leaves. Fry well for 5 minutes. And add boiled dals, garam masala, asafetida, and coriander powder. Cook curry again, simmering for 3 minutes. And allow to adding seasoning.

For seasoning:

In a pan add oil and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, red chilies, asafetida, curry leaves, ginger, and garlic. And turn off the stove. Serve hot with paratha.
