Ingredients:
1 cup Rice
1 cup coriander Leaves
8 green chillies
5 tsp ginger garlic paste
¼ cup Cauliflower
5 tsp green peas
¼ cup potatoes
2 cinnamon sticks
5 cloves
3 cardamoms
2 onions chopped
2 bay leaves
4 tsp ghee
Salt to taste
Directions:
Heats the pan with ghee add cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, ginger garlic paste, bay leaf, cauliflower, green peas, potatoes, chopped onions, and fry for 5 minutes. Add the rice, salt and enough water to cook. Make a paste of coriander leaves and green chillies. Add this paste also. Cover and cook slowly until the water is absorbed and the vegetables are cooked. Turn off the flame, and add 2 tsp of ghee and coriander.
For people who like it spicy and hot.
