Cabbage Paratha

Ingredients:

2 cups wheat flour
¼ cup Maida flour
1 cup cabbage
¼ cup grated coconut
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
6 green chilies, chopped
½ tsp garam masala
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste
¼ cup coriander leaves
¼ cup oil

Direction:

Boil the cabbage in salted water for few minutes or until tender. Remove water and keep aside. Add grated coconut, green chilies to the cabbage and mix well. Heats the pan with oil, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, coriander leaves and cabbage mixture for some time. Remove and keep aside. Mix wheat flour and Maida with salt and knead to smooth dough using water. Make small balls from the dough and roll into thin chapattis. Place the cabbage curry in the center of it. Spread the curry, and cover with another chapatti. Paste the edges with water. Fry on a pan until golden brown on both sides. Repeat for other balls and serve hot.
