Cashew nut pagoda with coriander leaves

Ingredients:

1 cup of cashew nuts
1 cup mint leaves
1 cup coriander leaves
3 tsp ginger garlic paste
3 tsp rice flour
1 cup gram flour (besan)
¼ tsp Soda powder
1 tsp chili powder
3 tsp water
Salt to taste
2 cups oil for deep fry

Direction:

In a bowl add coriander and mint leaves, ginger garlic paste, rice flour, gram flour, soda (eating soda), chili powder, salt to taste, add 3 tsp of water. Mix into a dough. Heats the pan add oil and deep fry. Remove and drain on a grease absorbent paper. Serve hot with any suitable chutney.
