Vegetable Rice

Ingredients:

2 cups Boiled Rice
1 cup vegetables (carrots, beans, potatoes, tomato, capsicum)
2 green chilies
2 cloves
2 cardamoms
1 cinnamon stick
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 tsp ginger garlic chopped
½ tsp garam masala
¼ cup coriander leaves
4 tsp ghee/oil
Salt to taste

Direction:

Heats the pan with oil and add cloves, cinnamon, cardamom stick, cumin seeds, and green chilies. Fry for 1 minute. Now add finely chopped all vegetables, ginger garlic chopped, garam masala, and salt, fry for 3 minutes. At last add boiled rice, coriander leaves and ghee. Turn off the stove. Now serve hot with curd onions raita. Cut ginger, garlic and green chilies into very small pieces.
