Ingredients:
2 ½ cups Rice
1 cup Urad dal (Black gram dal)
¼ cup Poha
2 tsp Cumin seeds
1 tsp fenugreek seeds
2 tsp Salt
½ cup onions chopped (thin and long size)
¼ cup coriander leaves
½ cup onions chopped (thin and long size)
¼ cup coriander leaves
6 tsp Curd
Direction:
Soak rice, Urad dal, and poha separately for 6 hours. Also along with it, soak cumin seeds and fenugreek seeds for 30 minutes. Grind all soaked items and make fine paste with using curd. Keep the batter whole night and make dosa. On the top of dosa add finely chopped onions, coriander leaves, and cumin seeds. Serve with any coconut chutney or potato soya curry.
Variation: You can substitute poha with Soya beans or any other type of white beans.
