Raw Banana Rolls

Ingredients:

1 cup Raw Banana (boiled and mashed)
¼ cup Coconut (grated)
1 potato boiled
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp garam masala powder
4 tsp carrot pieces
1 tsp chili powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
¼ cup Cashews (chopped and fried in ghee)
½ cup Maida Flour or bread crumbs
2 cup Oil for frying
Coriander leaves
Directions:

Mix all ingredients except (Maida flour and oil) into dough and shape into size 3 inches long rolls. Prepare the batter with flour and water. Mix briskly with hot vegetable shortening. Dip the rolls in the batter or bread crumbs and deep fry. Drain when golden brown. Sprinkle coriander before serving. This snack can be served with tea.
