Ingredients:
2 Cups Chana Dal
½ Cup Onions
3 Green Chilies
3 Red Chilies
3 cloves
1 cinnamon stick
2 cardamoms
1 tsp Ginger chopped
Curry Leaves
½ cup Coriander
1 tsp Saunf
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
Salt to taste
Oil to deep fry
Direction:
Soak the Chana Dal in water for 2 hours and grind it along with the red chilies, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, saunf, and ginger coarsely by adding very little water. Add all the other ingredients to the batter and mix well. Make small balls, flatten them a little and deep fry in oil. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
