Pudina paratha

Ingredients:
2 cup pudina leaves (mint)
5 cup wheat flour
1 cup boiled potato
2 tsp garam masala powder
½ tsp chili powder
¼ cup coriander leaves
Salt to taste
1 onion chopped
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp green chilies chopped
1 tsp cumin seeds
3 tsp ghee
6 tsp oil

Direction:

Heats the pan with oil/ghee, add cumin seeds, green chilies, onions, pudina leaves, mashed potatoes, garam masala, 2 tsp ginger garlic paste, chili powder, salt, fry well for 5 minutes. Turn off the stove now add coriander leaves. In a bowl add wheat flour, little salt if require, instead of water, add the above prepared curry. Mix well. If require add water and 1 tsp ghee. Prepare like chapatti dough. Cover wet cloth to the dough. Leave it for 10 minutes. Now prepare round parathas. Heat the chapatti pan, and fry the chapattis with ghee. Serve hot with potato fry curry.
