Bread Upma

Ingredients:

12 bread slices (1 full pkt)
½ cup Boiled potato chopped
½ cup onion chopped
¼ cup capsicum
2 tomatos chopped
5 tsp tamarind pulp
4 green chilies
1 tsp ginger chopped
2 tsp cumin seeds
½ tsp ginger garlic paste (optional)
2 tsp coriander leaves chopped
curry leaves
¼ tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
¼ water (small glass), (optional)
1 tsp ghee½ tsp mustard seeds
½ tsp Bengal gram
½ tsp black gram
3 tsp oil

Direction:

Heat pan with 1 tsp oil, add chopped tomatoes, salt to taste, turmeric powder, ½ Ginger chopped, ½ green chili chopped, ¼ small glass water, ½ tsp sugar and tamarind pulp. Tomato sauce is ready. Leave it for 2 minutes. Turn off the strove and keep aside. Cut bread into small pieces. Heats the pan with 5 tsp of oil, add mustard seeds when it starts sprinkle, add chana dal, urad dal, cumin seeds, curry leaves, green chilies, ginger chopped pieces, onions chopped, boiled potato, capsicum, ginger garlic paste, salt to taste. Fry well. Now add bread pieces, fry again. At last add prepared tomato liquid, coriander leaves, 1 tsp ghee. Serve with tomato sauce. It’s a good item.

Note: don’t use more than ¼ glass water.
