Ingredients:
20 Small purees
1 cup Onion finely chopped
2 green chilies
½ cup Tomatoes finely chopped
1 cup boiled potato chopped
1 cup boiled white peas
½ cup coriander leaves
½ cup yogurt
5 tsp tomato sauce
1 cup sev (fine)
¼ tsp garam masala powder
Salt to taste
Oil for fry
Direction:
Heats the pan with oil and add onions, green chilies, tomatoes, fry well and add potato, boiled peas, garam masala, salt, and red chili powder. Boil and leave it for 5 minutes. Serve this chat in each plate and decorate with onions, coriander leaves, sev, curd, crushed purees, and tomato sauce.
