Badam Milk

Ingredients:

¼ cup Almonds
¼ cup Pista
3 glasses pure Milk
2 Cardamom crushed
8 tsp Sugar
3 tsp Rose water
2 tsp Badam powder
Few Saffron strands

Almond essence
2 ice cubes

Direction:

Soak the almonds and pistachios in water for 5 hours. Peel off the almonds. Grind the almonds and pistachio into a fine paste by mixing small milk, to get a tooth paste like consistency. Heat the milk and add the almond and pistachio paste. Add some cardamom powder, saffron and Badam powder (Available at any departmental stores) for flavor. Add sugar to taste. It can be served hot or cold. If serving cold you can also add Rose Syrup in it.
