Potato cabbage rolls

Ingredients:

1 kg Potatoes (boiled and mashed)
1 cup Cabbage (shredded)
1 cup Cheese
4 slices of Bread (lightly moistened)
4 green chilies (chopped)
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp garam masala
1 coriander leaves (chopped)
Salt to taste
Lemon juice to taste

For the Batter:

1 cup Rice Flour or plain Maida flour
Salt to taste
Enough water to make a paste

Directions:

Add all the ingredients into mashed potatoes and mix well. Make desired shapes or make round balls. Dip in the rice flour batter and deep fry till crisp. Serve with tamarind chutney or coconut chutney. Deep fried snack.
