Fruit curd rice

Ingredients:

3 cup boiled rice
4 cup boiled milk
¼ cup curd
2 tsp sugar
¼ cup coriander leaves
2 tsp ginger and green chilies paste
3 tsp black currant
Salt to taste

For seasoning:

1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp urad dal
2 red chilies
1 tsp curry leaves
1 tsp almond chopped
1 tsp cashew nuts chopped
1 tsp cumin seeds
¼ cup carrot pieces
4 tsp oil

Fruits:

1 cup green grapes
¼ cup pomegranate seeds
¼ cup apple pieces
¼ cup papaya pieces

Direction:

In a pan heat 4 tsp of oil add mustard seeds, urad dal, red chilies, curry leaves, salt, almond chopped, cashew nuts, carrot pieces and cumin seeds. Fry on low heat till golden brown, pour the seasoning over the curd. In boiled rice add directly ginger and green chilies paste and add all fruits. Add boiled milk, curd, black currant, sugar, coriander leaves add salt if require. Keep it aside. Leave it for 5 hrs. (In this item don’t add water).
