Gobi paratha

Ingredients:

1 cup cauliflower (cut into very small pieces)
2 cups wheat flour
2 green chilies, chopped
½ cup curd
1 potato (boiled)
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Coriander leaves, chopped
Salt to taste
6 tbs Ghee/oil

Gobi masala:

2 tsp ajwain powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp salt to taste


Direction:

Heat the pan with oil and add cumin seeds, green chilies, mashed potatoes, Cauliflower pieces, and ginger garlic paste, salt to taste mix well. Cook on low heat for 20 minutes, till done.
Remove and mash. In a bowl combine the flour with cauliflower curry, Gobi masala, ghee 1tsp, and add salt if require. Knead into pliable dough. Cover with wet cloth and keep aside for 1hr.divide the dough into 12 balls. On a well-floured surface, roll them out into paratha. Heats the chapatti pan or oven place the paratha’s in it and roast for a few seconds on medium heat.

For chutney:

In a bowl add curd, salt, coriander leaves, and Gobi masala ½ sp. serve with Gobi paratha’s. Gobi paratha can prepare in oven also.
