Bread Sev Pagodas

Ingredients:

Bread (1 packet)
1 cup Besan
1 cup Onion (chopped)
2 cup Potato (boiled)
¼ cup tomato chopped
3 tsp tomato sauce
2 tsp sweet tamarind chutney
Coriander leaves
¼ tsp. Turmeric Powder
Red Chili Powder
Salt to taste
2 tsp mint chutney
Vegetable Oil for frying
Sev for garnishing

Directions:

Cut the Bread slices into round shapes with a cutter or with a round shaped glass. Prepare the batter with besan, salt, turmeric, red chilly powder and water. Dip the bread slices in this batter and deep fry the slices. In a bowl add all items, like onions chopped, boiled and mashed potatoes, tomato chopped, tomato sauce, coriander leaves, tamarind chutney, salt, mint chutney, and sev. Mash well. On the top of fried bread decorate the items. And serve hot with tomato sauce.
