Ingredients:
Bread (1 pkt)
3 cups curd (yogurt)
Salt to taste
6 green chilies, chopped
½ cup coriander leaves, chopped
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp chili powder
½ tsp mustard seeds
Curry leaves
2 red chilies
Oil for frying
Direction:
Cut bread slices into small pieces, and fry in hot oil until golden brown. And keep aside. Beat curd well without any lumps in it. To this, add chopped coriander leaves, green chilies, salt and mix well. Pour this curd mixture over the bread pieces. for seasoning , heats the pan with oil add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, red chilies, red chili powder and curry leaves. Add this to the bread pieces. Leave it for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
