Aloo puree

Ingredients:

1cup Boiled potatoes
3 cups Maida
1/2 cup milk
2 Pinches saffron
2 tsp pepper powder
2 tsp Melted ghee
1 tsp Salt
Ghee for deep-frying

Direction:

Make a fine paste of Potatoes by peeling and grating. In a bowl add Maida, salt, warm ghee, pepper, potato. Add saffron into milk and mix it with flour. You can also put a little amount of saffron color in the milk. Make the dough properly and keep it aside for an hour. Make small purees and put them into hot ghee for deep-frying till they blow up. Purees are ready to serve.
