Semiya Uttappam

Ingredients:

1 cup Rice flour
½ cup Semiya /vermicelli
½ cup Chopped onion
1 cup Yoghurt
1 tsp cumin seeds
¼ cup coriander leaves
½ cup onions

Salt to taste
4 Green chili, chopped

Direction:

Marinate semiya/vermicelli for 3 hours in the yoghurt, salt and mix, well. Add rice flour and make a fine batter. Heats the pan with oil and pour 1 spoon of batter. Spread over like uttapam. On the top of uttapam add onions cumin seeds and green chilies. Pour tsp oil/ghee on uttapam. Cover and cook until golden on low flame. Roast on the other side and serve with coconut chutney.
