Bread pagoda

Ingredients:

2 cup Gram flour (Besan)
½ cup Maida flour
1 cup Bread powder
½ cup Rice flour
1 cup coriander leaves
2 green chilies
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
½ tsp garam masala powder
¼ tsp baking soda
½ cup bread pieces
¼ cup curry leaves
¼ cup Water
Salt to taste
2 cups Oil for deep fry

Direction:

In a bowl add gram flour, refined flour, bread powder, rice flour, bread pieces, coriander leaves, green chilies, cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, baking soda, salt and water. Mix into a dough. Heats the pan add oil and deep fry. Remove and drain on a grease absorbent paper. Add fried curry leaves and green chilies. Serve hot with Tomato sauce.
