Mixed veg vadas:
Ingredients:
Cabbage chopped-1/2 cup
Carrot chopped-1/2 cup
Cauliflower-1/2 cup
Onions chopped-1/4 cup
Green chillies chopped-1sp
Ginger garlic chopped-2sp
Cumin seeds-1sp
Garam masala powder-1sp
Coriander chopped-1/4cup
China salt-pinch
Corn flour-2sp
Maida-1sp
Bread powder-1/2cup
Rice flour-2sp
Water-3sp
Salt to taste
Oil-for deep fry
Method:
In a bowl mix all the finely chopped vegetables,
cumin, china salt, garam masala powder, corn flour, Maida, rice flour, bread
powder, salt, and water 3sp mix well. Heats oil in a pan and deep fry all the
vadas and serve hot with tomato sauce.

Soya curry
Soya curry:
Soya granules-2 cup
Potato-1
Drumstick
Tomatoes chopped-1/2 cup
Fried onions paste-1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste-1/4sp
Garam masala powder-pinch
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder-1/2 sp
Oil-3 sp
Coriander leaves chopped
Mustered seeds
Direction:
In a bowl, heat 3 cups water. When bubbles came, add soya for only one minute turn off the stove and drain it. In a cooker add 3sp oil, add musterd seeds, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, tomatoes chopped, fried onions paste, red chilli powder and salt to taste. Fry well. Now add soya granules, potato chopped, add little water give it 3 vessels. Now remove it and add coriander leaves chopped, serve hot with rice or roti.
