Mixed veg vadas:

Ingredients:

Cabbage chopped-1/2 cup
Carrot chopped-1/2 cup
Cauliflower-1/2 cup
Onions chopped-1/4 cup
Green chillies chopped-1sp
Ginger garlic chopped-2sp
Cumin seeds-1sp
Garam masala powder-1sp
Coriander chopped-1/4cup
China salt-pinch
Corn flour-2sp
Maida-1sp
Bread powder-1/2cup
Rice flour-2sp
Water-3sp
Salt to taste
Oil-for deep fry

Method: 

In a bowl mix all the finely chopped vegetables, cumin, china salt, garam masala powder, corn flour, Maida, rice flour, bread powder, salt, and water 3sp mix well. Heats oil in a pan and deep fry all the vadas and serve hot with tomato sauce.
