Mixed vegetable chips

Mixed vegetables chips:



Ingredients:

½ cup-yam(pealed)
½ cup- teisel gourd
½ cup- raw banana(pealed)
½ cup-brinjals
½ cup-potals
¼ cup-gingely seeds(option)
6 sp- rice flour
3 sp-besan
Pinch of red colour
1 sp- ginger garlic paste
½ sp- garam masala
1sp- coriander powder(dhania)
¼ cup coriander leaves
Salt to taste
1sp- red chili powder
1 sp –ajwain

Procedure:

All vegetables cut into 1 inch pieces.In a vessel add all above given items. And mix well. In a pan heat 2 cups of oil, fry chips in low flame.Now the tasty chips are ready, to serve.
Note: Don’t boil any vegetables. Fry well in low flame only.
