Ingredients:
Soya balls- 1cup
Rice-2cups
Ginger garlic paste-1/4 cup
Tamato chopped-1/4cup
Onions chopped-1/2cup
Cloves-5
Cinnamon stick-smallpiece
Cardamom-5
Green chillies-3
Ghee/oil-6sp
Cashewnuts-1/4cup
Bay leaf-3
Coriander chopped-1/4cup (option)
Direction:
In a bowl boil 2cups water. After it boils add soya.
Leave for 3 minutes. Now drain it and keep aside. In a cooker add oil/ghee, fry
cashew nuts and keep aside. Now add cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, bay leaf, ginger
and garlic paste, green chillies, onions (lengthy) pieces, tomato, fry well for
few minutes. Now add boiled soya, salt to taste, and add 4 cups water. After
water boils add washed rice. Cover it for 20 minutes. After boils the rice add
coriander and cashew nuts. Serve hot.
