Ingredients:
Big suji-2cups
Ginger chopped-3sp
Chillies chopped-3sp
Cumin seeds-1/2sp
Direction:
In a bowl clean and soak the big suji for 1hr. After one hr drain and keep aside. First grind ginger, chillies, and cumin seeds. Now add the big suji, and grind into fine paste with add requiring water and salt. Like dosa consistency. Now prepare dosa,s in non-stick dosa pan. Serve hot with ginger chutney or coconut chutney.
