Ingredients:
2 cups- urad dal(blackgram)
¼ cup-rice flour
2- onions chopped
1sp-Ginger chopped
6-Green chilies
1sp- cumin seeds(jeera)
Salt to taste
Oil 2 cups for deep frying
For preparing curry, ingredients:
2 cups White peas(boiled)
¼ sp mustard seeds
¼ cup Onions
1 tomato chopped
2 greenchilies
1 sp- red chili powder
1 sp- jeera powder
1sp-Ginger garlic paste
Curry leaves
Salt to taste
3sp-Oil
Coriander leaves
Procedure:
In a mixy jar add uraddal with green chilies and ginger. Grind into fine paste. In this paste add onions chopped, jeera,rice flour. Mix well with adding requiring salt. Mix well upto 5 minutes. In pan heat oil, and make the vadas.
For curry preparation:
heat 3sp oil in a pan now add mustard seeds,onions chopped, ginger garlic paste,tomatoes fry well. Add green chilies, jeera powder, chili powder,curry leaves and fry well for 1 minute. Now add the boiled white peas,and salt.and cover it with a plate. Leave it for 5 minutes. Finally add coriander leaves,and serve hot with vada.
